The Weather Beater Electronic Control System utilizes CSA certified components 
to be added to an outdoor product.

The Weather Beater gas valve and pilot components feature industry-leading water resistance and CSA certification (229521-1656058) for reliable outdoor performance. All connectors are water resistant, with encapsulated coils protecting against moisture infiltration. The pilot assembly delivers a robust flame pattern that resists wind, while stainless steel pilot injectors ensure corrosion resistance.

The thermocouple is nickel plated for enhanced durability, and the hot surface ignitor (HSI) includes a protective cage for added security in demanding outdoor environments. Every critical connection in this electronic ignition system prioritizes waterproof protection to extend component lifespan. The hot surface ignitor (HSI) connection is fully waterproof, as is the power wire connector, ensuring safe operation in wet conditions and harsh weather.
