TerraTechGoods handles personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This page summarises our approach; our full privacy policy contains the detail.

What We Collect

Only what we need to sell and deliver to you: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number where given, and order history. Card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by us.

Why We Process It

• To perform our contract with you — processing and delivering orders, handling returns.
• Legitimate interests — preventing fraud, improving the store, responding to enquiries.
• Consent — marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation — retaining transaction records for tax purposes.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request a portable copy. Email support@terratechgoods.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
